Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required.
• Experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred.
• Knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster team work with coworkers.
