Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) to join our Atlanta community part-time, every other weekend. You will provide compassionate wound care, monitor patient progress, and document care plans in partnership with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a Georgia LPN license with 1 year of wound care experience, CPR/BLS, and a passion for elder care. Join a nonprofit culture grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and service.

Wound Care Nurse ( LPN ) Care Partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia LPN License
• 1 year experience as Wound Care nurse required
• Wound Care nurse certification preferred
• Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Superb Wound Care nurse documentation skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to develop meaningful relationships with elders and family members
