A.G. Rhodes in Atlanta is seeking a Full-time Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead culinary staff, ensure menu execution and uphold food quality and safety.

This role requires ServSafe Manager certification, supervisory and healthcare experience, and a passion for elder care. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organization are essential. We offer generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Please consider applying for our Full-time Culinary Supervisor position at our Atlanta Community. The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including managing the culinary staff, menu execution, and food quality and safety.

This is a Full-time position requiring flexible hours during the weekdays (11am-7pm) and every other weekend (7am-3pm) and does require a current ServSafe Manager certification.

Culinary Supervisor Qualifications Include

• Current ServSafe Manager certification
• 1 year of Supervisory experience in Culinary services
• 2 years of experience working in health care setting
• Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
• Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred
• Strong knowledge of menu execution and compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
