Job summary

Luxury Hotel Alta in Alta, Norway is seeking a dedicated Concierge to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide expert local information. You will arrange reservations, handle special requests, and liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep lobby area clean and organized.
• Track guest requests and follow up for satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth operations.
• Participate in training to improve knowledge of services and local area.
