ConFlip in Alta, Norway invites a friendly Concierge to join our luxury hospitality team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, provide local recommendations, and arrange reservations to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in hospitality, excellent English, knowledge of the local area, and a professional, detail-oriented approach. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including luggage handling.
• Provide information about local attractions, events, and services.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or transportation services.
• Arrange for special requests such as room decorations or gifts.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
