Trevarefabrikken AS in Henningsvær is seeking a kitchen team member for a summer role to craft breakfast, bakery items, and seasonal lunch dishes with breathtaking ocean views. You will participate in private bookings and festival services, including Trevarefest, while maintaining high hygiene and smooth kitchen operations.

We value initiative, reliability, and an ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting as part of a sociable island community.

Formación

Experience in diverse kitchen environments.
Self-motivated with strong initiative.
Ability to excel and stay calm in high-tempo settings.
Proficiency with kitchen equipment, particularly flat tops and grills.

Responsabilidades

Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet.
Bake and prepare goods for our café and desserts for dinner service.
Serve a seasonal à la carte lunch menu, preparing a variety of fresh and seasonal dishes with ocean views.
Cook for private bookings, special events and festivals throughout the season, including Trevarefest.
Maintain kitchen systems and communication protocols.
Uphold hygiene and food safety standards across all tasks.
Contribute to a positive team environment through communication, collaboration and a hands-on approach.
