Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a DLC Service Delivery Engineer to lead delivery and operational management of liquid-cooled data center infrastructure supporting AI, HPC, and enterprise workloads. You will drive improvement, incident response, and governance in collaboration with engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in service delivery and infrastructure operations, plus strong monitoring, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, SRE, or infrastructure management.
• Experience with AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, onboarding, and operational management of liquid-cooled data center infrastructure services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness of liquid-cooling environments supporting AI and HPC workloads.
• Drive incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, standards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service integration and support.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve service reliability and operational efficiency.
