Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks an AI Network Service Delivery Engineer to lead deployment and operational excellence of networking services for next-generation AI infrastructure. You will drive incident management, automation, and collaboration with engineering to productionize solutions.

We value deep knowledge of AI networking architectures, high-performance networks, and strong troubleshooting and stakeholder skills. Fluency in English is essential with local language preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network operations, service delivery or infrastructure management.
• Deep understanding of AI networking architectures and distributed computing environments.
• Strong expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, and RoCE technologies.
• Experience managing high-performance networking environments in production.
• Fluent in English; local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, operation and continuous improvement of AI networking services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of AI network fabrics for GPU clusters.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis and service restoration activities.
• Develop runbooks, service delivery processes and operational standards.
• Partner with engineering to transition solutions into production.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
