Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) Service Delivery Engineer in Oslo to lead delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of liquid-cooled data center infrastructure for AI, HPC, and enterprise workloads.

You will drive incident management, governance, and automation initiatives while collaborating with engineering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service delivery and reliable performance across critical workloads.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, SRE, or infrastructure management.
• Expertise in infrastructure lifecycle management and governance.
• Experience supporting AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness of liquid-cooling environments.
• Drive incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, standards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service integration and support.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, SRE, or infrastructure management.
• Expertise in infrastructure lifecycle management, service operations, and operational governance.
• Experience supporting AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with liquid cooling technologies and thermal management systems.
• Knowledge of AI, HPC, GPU clusters, or hyperscale data centers.
• Experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven operational automation.
• Advanced degree in a related technical field.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
