Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly motivated HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to support deployment, configuration, validation, and operational excellence of large-scale AI and HPC environments.

The role focuses on service delivery, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure services. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to maintain runbooks and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across large-scale deployments.
• Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and configuration management processes.
• Monitor cluster health, configuration status, capacity, and service performance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service reliability and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of cluster orchestration and platform lifecycle management.
• Bachelor degree in a related technical discipline.
