Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all mechanical scope on data center projects. You will ensure mechanical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in line with project requirements, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, track progress and costs, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical project or package management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Experience with project management and construction software.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Leading and coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues during construction and commissioning.
• Ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Tracking progress, performance, and costs for the mechanical scope.
• Coordinating interfaces with other disciplines.
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and final handover.
