Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all mechanical scope on data center projects. You will ensure mechanical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in line with project requirements, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, track progress and costs, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical project or package management.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Experience with project management and construction software.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Job description

Mechanical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all mechanical scope on our data center projects. You will ensure mechanical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in line with project requirements, schedule, quality, and safety standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate interfaces, track progress and costs, resolve technical issues, and support successful commissioning and handover.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee the full mechanical scope, from design through installation and commissioning. You will lead and supervise subcontractors and site teams, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will track progress, identify risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will also enforce safety standards and support a smooth handover of mechanical systems.

Who We’re Looking For

You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical management on large-scale construction projects. You have strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems used in data center or complex building projects. You are an effective leader, detail-oriented, and confident managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
