Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all electrical scope on our data center and industrial projects in Narvik, Norway. You will manage design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical project or package management.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Experience with project management, design, and electrical modeling tools.
• BIM and construction management platforms are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors; track progress and resolve issues.
