Job summary

Oda is seeking a senior UX designer to shape the tools used by logistics operators. You will work across Norway and Sweden, collaborating with teams in Oslo and Stockholm to design multi‑dimensional workflows that blend software and hardware interactions.

You’ll prototype rapidly, ship improvements, and empower operators with efficient, ergonomic processes. You will join a cross‑functional design team focused on inventory, receiving, restocking, and warehouse tooling.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in UX, interaction, or service design.
• Portfolio showing ownership from insight to shipped product.
• Strong product sense and ability to distill complexity.
• Willingness to be hands-on on site and on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX projects from idea to launch in logistics.
• Conduct UX research with stakeholders and end-users.
• Communicate design outcomes and impact to peers and leaders.
• Map and model complex workflows across multi-dimensional systems.
• Prototype in Figma or code and test changes in production.
