Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Stavanger is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to shape software used by thousands. You’ll lead UX efforts across multiple products, conduct research, and translate user needs into intuitive designs, collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders to drive user-centered strategies and high-quality UX outcomes.

The role requires strong portfolio, expertise in user research, prototyping, accessibility and modern UX practices, and the ability to influence

Senior User Experience Designer | Stavanger

We're looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join an innovative technology team in Stavanger. This is an opportunity for an experienced designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and has a strong track record designing software products from concept through to delivery. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining product strategy, improving usability, and ensuring customers receive exceptional digital experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead UX activities across multiple software products and initiatives
• Conduct user research, workshops, interviews, and usability testing
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
• Drive data-informed design decisions using research and analytics
• Champion best practices in user-centred design across the organisation
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Experience designing B2B or B2C software products
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of accessibility and modern UX principles
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively

Essential Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian and English language skills
• Experience working on complex software platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital products
• Ability to work from Stavanger and collaborate closely with local teams
