Job summary

wheel.me AS in Oslo is seeking a hands-on electronics lead to own the design from concept to verified product for our autonomous wheels. You will lead circuit/system design, define requirements, prototype, test and validate solutions, and mentor engineers to strengthen hardware practices across the team.

The role emphasizes fault tracing, EMI, grounding, and a solid circuit theory foundation, with exposure to automotive/industrial safety standards. Office in Oslo with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of both hardware and software.
• A systematic approach to fault tracing and debugging.
• A solid foundation in circuit theory.
• Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of hardware at computer level.
• Experience debugging reliability issues (noise, EMI, grounding).
• Nice to have: CAN, Ethernet, Altium, safety standards.
