Job summary

AutoStore is hiring a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the R&D team in Norway. You will lead electronics development for Workstations and Ports, including motor drive design and cross-functional coordination.

The role covers prototype through mass production with emphasis on reliability and system integration. The position requires 5+ years in electronics engineering, hands-on PCB work, EMC/DFM/DFT, and experience with Altium and STM32 microcontrollers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics engineering experience including analog and digital electronics.
• Experience with motor drive design/BLDC control and power electronics.
• PCB development lifecycle from schematics to release.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of electronics development for Workstations and Ports.
• Coordinate electronics activities within cross-functional NPD team with clear plans and milestones.
• Design and validate electronics solutions within the AutoStore system.
• Maintain technical documentation, project plans, and milestones for team clarity.
• Contribute across full product lifecycle from concepts to mass production.
