Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead safety electronics development, focusing on architecture, PCB design, and validation for a new safety controller. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with certification partners, and contribute across R&D.

Based at the Vindafjord HQ with relocation openness for Europe, you will shape how safety electronics is approached across AutoStore products and drive reliable solutions from design through validation.

Qualifications

8+ years in electronics engineering with wireless and safety electronics.
Full PCB development cycle experience, EMC‑aware design.
Experience with safety standards like IEC/ISO for industrial products.
Hands-on with analog/digital design, simulations, testing.
Knowledge of Altium, LTSpice, STM32 and related tools.

Responsibilities

Safety Electronics: drive design and development from architecture to production release.
Technical Expertise: develop safety logic and redundancy across R&D.
Product Development: apply expertise across AutoStore product portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: align activities and coordinate with partners on certification.
Planning & Delivery: manage milestones, deliverables and documentation.
