Job summary

Golden Owl is seeking a Learning & Development Intern in a fast-growing organization. You will support the L&D team in organizing training activities, preparing learning materials, tracking training data, and supporting internship development programs.

You will gain hands-on experience in training coordination, content preparation, and employee engagement while operating in an English-speaking environment and contributing to a learning culture across the company.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or Bachelor's degree in English Language, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, Economics, or related fields.
• Able to work full-time Monday to Friday during the internship period.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above; experience in training or teaching English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct soft skill, workplace communication, and internal development training sessions for interns and employees.
• Assist in developing training content, slides, forms, activities, and learning materials.
• Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of internship training programs and on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain training schedules, participant lists, learning materials, feedback forms, and related data.
• Coordinate with HR to organize training activities and culture-related events.
• Assist with recruitment tracking and basic candidate communication.
