Job summary

HMH is seeking a Global Training Coordinator to support its global training organization from Kristiansand, Norway. The role focuses on coordinating training activities, managing enrollments, and maintaining records across systems like Workday, with strong emphasis on process improvement and cross-system collaboration.

You will work with colleagues worldwide, handle inquiries, and contribute to documentation, follow-ups, and communications for participants and certs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer internal and external training activities.
• Manage course setup, enrollments, and training records in Workday and other systems.
• Support the global Training organization with training-related inquiries.
• Maintain training documentation and information across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate participant communications, certificates, and training follow-up activities.
• Contribute to improving and automating training administration processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Training team as needed.
