Job summary

Golden Owl is seeking a Learning & Development Intern in a fast-growing organization. You will support the L&D team in organizing training activities, preparing learning materials, tracking training data, and supporting internship development programs.

You will gain hands-on experience in training coordination, content preparation, and employee engagement while operating in an English-speaking environment and contributing to a learning culture across the company.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or Bachelor's degree in English Language, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, Economics, or related fields.
  • Able to work full-time Monday to Friday during the internship period.
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above; experience in training or teaching English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct soft skill, workplace communication, and internal development training sessions for interns and employees.
  • Assist in developing training content, slides, forms, activities, and learning materials.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of internship training programs and on‑the‑job training.
  • Maintain training schedules, participant lists, learning materials, feedback forms, and related data.
  • Coordinate with HR to organize training activities and culture-related events.
  • Assist with recruitment tracking and basic candidate communication.

Golden Owl is looking for a Learning & Development Intern who is eager to learn about people development, training operations, and employee engagement in a fast-growing organization.

In this role, you will support the L&D team in organizing training activities, preparing learning materials, tracking training data, supporting internship development programs, and contributing to a learning culture across the company.

Your Responsibilities
  • Learning Design & Delivery Support
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct soft skill, workplace communication, and internal development training sessions for interns and employees.
  • Assist in developing clear, practical, and easy-to-understand training content, slides, forms, activities, and learning materials.
  • Training Operations & People Development
  • Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of internship training programs, on‑job training programs, and internal sharing sessions.
  • Help maintain training schedules, participant lists, learning materials, feedback forms, reports, and other L&D‑related data.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement Activities
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to organize training activities, employee engagement activities, and culture‑related events.
  • Support initiatives that promote learning culture, people development, and the application of company core values in daily work.
  • Candidate Support
  • Support the selection and recruitment process for the Golden Owl internship program when needed.
  • Help update recruitment tracking files and coordinate basic candidate communication under guidance.
  • General L&D Support
  • Support other L&D tasks assigned by the direct manager.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day L&D administrative tasks to ensure learning activities run smoothly.

Requirements
  • Final‑year student or Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, Economics, or related fields.
  • Able to work full‑time from Monday to Friday during the internship period.
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above; experience in training or teaching English is a plus.
  • Good presentation, mentoring, facilitation, or group activity organization skills.
  • Confident, sociable, considerate, dynamic, responsible, detail‑oriented, and positive.
  • Basic ability to analyze training needs or identify learning gaps is a plus.
  • Basic IT knowledge and terminology is a plus.
  • Personal laptop is required.
