EGON in Bodø is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead busy kitchen operations and partner with the Kitchen Manager and leadership team. You will focus on routines, planning, training and follow-up to drive high standards daily.

This role offers room to grow into a Kitchen Manager position and participate in EGON’s leadership pipeline, with a competitive salary and bonus potential for leadership staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain EGON standards and consistent food quality.
• Follow IK-MAT / HACCP procedures and food safety rules.
• Train onboarding and support kitchen staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning.
• Monitor orders, stock levels and inventory control.
• Support routines, organization and day-to-day leadership.
• Foster cooperation between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
