Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of network administration security protocols system maintenance hardwaresoftware installation troubleshooting etc
• Familiarity with biometric passport systems is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary

The salary for this position is $1200 per month
