Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all technology systems and processes.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Manage budgets and expenditures for IT equipment and services.
• Ensure data security by implementing proper security protocols and conducting regular backups.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, system security, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and making cost-effective decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

1200$ per month + accommodation in Oslo negotiable based on experience.
