Information Technology Manager vacancy in Alta Norway

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology operations of our company in Alta, ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties will include managing and leading a team of IT professionals, setting departmental goals and objectives, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data, budgeting, purchasing necessary equipment and software, and keeping up-to-date with new technologies to improve our company's efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field, along with proven experience as an IT manager or similar role. Excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information are essential for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in the information technology field in Alta or possess knowledge of the local market. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation may be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
