Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with Finance Director‑level experience.
• Experience as Finance Director during a successful exit to private equity.
• Strong background in technology, software or technology‑enabled businesses.
• Demonstrable experience of exit preparation, due diligence and transaction delivery.
• Comfortable managing external advisers, investors and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream throughout the exit process.
• Prepare the business, finance team and financial information for due diligence.
• Manage the data room and respond to financial and commercial information requests.
• Support quality of earnings, financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
• Strengthening forecasting, cash flow management and Board reporting.
• Improving the quality, accuracy and consistency of management information.
• Provide clear analysis of revenue, margins, customer performance and growth drivers.
• Develop robust financial models and supporting the business plan.
• Work closely with shareholders, potential investors and external advisers.
• Maintaining strong financial control and day‑to‑day leadership of the finance function.
