Job summary

Elkem AS seeks an experienced project leader to drive complex investments across Oslo or Kristiansand. You will lead project teams, manage risk and costs, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery in a multi-site setting.

You will report to the VP Projects and contribute to governance, audits, and continuous improvement of PM standards. This role suits professionals ready to advance their project career in a leading materials business.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager or Project Engineer in industrial or related industries.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Good communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Strong digital skills and experience with modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in accordance with approved investment applications and agreed project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Elkem's HSE requirements.
• Manage project risk, cost, schedule and overall project performance.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet expected quality standards.
• Contribute to project audits, quality assurance reviews, technical problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen Elkem's project management methods, tools and best practices.
