Job summary

VIPO AS in Norway is seeking a structured and results-oriented Project Manager to drive successful delivery of Elastopipe projects. You will lead projects through planning, execution, delivery and closure, while maintaining strong customer relationships and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.

Working with engineering, production and commercial colleagues, you will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk, promote continuous improvement of PM processes, and support global collaboration

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education in engineering, PM, or business.
  • Experience in industrial/offshore/technical environments.
  • Customer-facing and contract management experience.
  • Strong governance, financial control, and risk management.
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Our team is looking for a structured and results-oriented Project Manager

Our Elastopipe team is looking for a structured and results-oriented Project Manager who will contribute to the successful delivery of our projects and the continued growth of our business.

As part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineering, project management, production, and commercial professionals, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and completion. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement across project activities.

How will you do this?
  • Lead projects through all phases, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Plan, manage, and follow up on project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and internal and external resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure structured project execution and effective resource utilization.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement mitigating actions when required.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure deliveries are completed according to agreed objectives, quality requirements, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, engineering teams, production, and international project stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes, systems, and working methods.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of projects across global markets and industries.
What we would like from you
  • Relevant higher education within Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project management, preferably within industrial, offshore, energy, manufacturing, or other technical environments.
  • Experience from customer-facing roles and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, financial control, and risk management.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
