Job summary

Elkem ASA is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic CAPEX investments and help develop world-class project execution capabilities across the group. You will work on important CAPEX projects, ensuring proper planning, risk management, cost control and timely delivery while upholding HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager or Project Engineer in industrial or related industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Strong digital skills and experience with modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in accordance with approved investment applications and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Elkem's HSE requirements.
• Manage project risk, cost, schedule and overall performance.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Contribute to audits, QA reviews, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen project management methods, tools and best practices.
