Job summary

Norwegian Refugee Council seeks an experienced Private Sector Partnerships Adviser (Business Operations) in Oslo to strengthen systems, data and processes for managing partnerships. You will act as the operational backbone for the private sector function, supporting procedures, data, governance and oversight across the partnership portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in business development or partnerships.
• Experience in private fundraising and market strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and analysis on private sector income and partnerships to leadership.
• Support fundraising strategy implementation for the Private Sector Partnerships section.
• Develop and maintain guidelines, tools, and procedures for NRC's private sector partnerships across the organisation.
• Give training to ensure compliance on private sector partnerships.
• Contribute to GDPR-compliant data governance and reporting.
• Represent the PSP section in Cycles CRM development and reporting.
