Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist IGT to provide clinical expertise for Image Guided Therapy systems (angiography). You will support pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training, tailoring solutions to customer applications and driving clinical value.

You will work with Account Managers to coordinate evaluations, develop clinical sales strategies, and educate the sales team on clinical issues. Travel within Norway and Nordic countries is required.

Qualifications

• University or bachelor's degree in a relevant allied health discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of Angiography systems, with proficiency in Interventional Radiology and/or Interventional Cardiology.
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical applications and working in a cathlab.
• Experience working in cath labs.
• Travel required within Norway and Nordic countries.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Teaching experience in a clinical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and execute effective clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
• Coordinate clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations with the sales team.
• Educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions.
• Support new product launches and conduct customer training.
• Set up application training schedules in cooperation with the customer and teach best clinical procedures.
• Deliver customized, competency-based training material packs when required.
• Support user group meetings and obtain direct feedback on training delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure training complies with the company's quality policy and regulatory training requirements.
