Job summary

GEDON is seeking a Project Director to lead CSA delivery on hyperscale data centre projects. You will run the full programme, coordinate construction, planning, procurement and HSQE, and drive safety leadership on a large multi-trade site in Norway.

The role requires senior client engagement and ownership of budget, risk and final accounts. The appointed leader will bring a strong main contractor background, with proven experience in complex substructure, framing, envelope and fit-out, and a

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Project Director level in a main contractor setting.
• Track record directing large-scale CSA delivery across substructure, frame, envelope and fit-out.
• Experience with hyperscale data centre projects or similarly complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take overall directorial responsibility for CSA delivery on hyperscale data centre construction.
• Own the master programme, driving sequencing and efficiency across the campus.
• Lead the project organisation across construction, planning, commercial, procurement and HSQE.
• Direct subcontract procurement and supply chain performance throughout delivery.
• Provide principal contractor safety leadership across a large multi-trade site.
• Maintain senior client relationships and represent the business at board level.
• Own commercial performance including budget, forecast, change, risk and final account.
• Coordinate interfaces to electrical, mechanical and specialist follow-on packages.
• Oversee quality assurance and tolerance control on high-volume repetitive works.
• Report performance, risk and financial position to executive leadership.
