Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Campus Director to join our Data Centre team in Norway. The Campus Director will oversee the onsite construction of major contracts, lead tender-stage activities, and prepare the project execution plan with the Regional Director.

You will drive commercial success through risk management and effective leadership of diverse project teams. Essential qualifications include a degree in engineering or related field, professional membership, and health & safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in engineering, construction management, business or related discipline.
• Membership in a professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS) preferred.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety certification required.
• Training in project leadership, contract management, commercial risk and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the successful operational delivery, financial performance and risk management of assigned projects.
• Lead, develop and motivate project teams with a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to align goals, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, environmental and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee resource planning, allocation and project scheduling to optimize efficiency and delivery.
• Support business development opportunities by identifying growth and innovation within projects.
