Job summary

DC People is recruiting a CSA Construction Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural work on hyperscale data centre projects. You will oversee site delivery, manage the master schedule with Primavera P6, and ensure safety and quality on site, preparing builds for MEP fit-out and commissioning.

You will coordinate with design engineers, client representatives, and MEP teams, maintaining lookahead schedules and driving project milestones while guiding subcontractors and ensuring

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing civil, structural, and architectural construction packages.
• Minimum two years of experience on hyperscale or colocation data centre projects or comparable mission-critical facilities.
• Advanced practical experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional or EPPM.
• Knowledge of data centre construction requirements including fibre routing pathways, heavy equipment pad tolerances, clean-build protocols, and acoustic and thermal envelope sealing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with design engineers, site teams, client representatives, and MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil, structural, and architectural work on hyperscale data centre projects.
• Oversee site delivery and manage the CSA master schedule using Primavera P6.
• Ensure construction safety and maintain high quality standards.
• Coordinate handover to MEP teams and integrate subcontractor schedules.
• Develop and maintain the master construction schedule and track the critical path.
