Qualifications

• Must have a hunter sales mindset and ability to identify new opportunities.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, outbound preferred.
• Experience in Fintech, ERP, or accounts payable solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through strategic outreach.
• Qualify outbound leads to understand business challenges related to Accounts Payable.
• Represent Semine at webinars and events to create new business and build brand awareness.
• Work toward KPIs and grow pipeline and customer base in your region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize lead handling and GTM strategy.
