Job summary
Norwegian Hull Club in Bergen seeks a Digital Business Advisor – Product Lead to shape our digital products and delivery approach. You will guide product direction with business experts, designers and developers to deliver meaningful value.
You will drive improvements across the organisation through projects and change initiatives, reporting to the Head of Digital Business Development and collaborating with Instech Solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital product leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to define product visions, roadmaps and objectives.
- Understanding of agile product development principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more digital products as Product Lead.
- Develop and refine product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
- Prioritise initiatives based on business value and user impact.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Drive product discovery and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Lead change initiatives and projects when needed.
- Contribute to product management practices across the company.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across departments.
