Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a Fleet Specialist in Oslo for both our mechanical and field teams. You will maintain and repair scooters, manage on-site operations, and leverage vans to perform tasks in the Oslo area to keep operations efficient.

Key duties include battery swapping, quick repairs, vehicle diagnostics, and assisting with new vehicle arrivals at the warehouse while supporting the on-site team to handle damaged vehicles and parking.

Qualifications

• Experience with tools or mechanical practices.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Local knowledge of Oslo and driving in the city.
• A valid drivers license for Norway preferred.
• Familiarity with digital tools and apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for collecting and providing Voi scooters.
• Search for and collect damaged scooters.
• Battery replacement.
• Perform quick on-site repairs of the scooters.
• Diagnose and repair broken vehicles.
• Recycle and dismantle vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assist with acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse.
• Support on-site team by identifying damaged vehicles and organizing parking.
