Clarion Hotel The Hub in Oslo is seeking a Hub Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations and deliver memorable guest experiences with a dedicated team. You will supervise service, ensure quality, train staff, handle cash settlements and orders, and help develop bar charts and menus in accordance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Supervisor or similar role preferred.
• Strong service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent Norwegian and/or English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and drinks to the guests.
• Quality assurance of service and product.
• Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus.
• Training and development of personnel.
• Cash settlement.
• Product orders.
• Comply with the Norwegian Liquor Act.
• Shift work on weekdays and weekends.
