Job summary

Hub Bar Supervisor at Clarion Hotel The Hub in Oslo is the shift leader responsible for daily operations of the Hub Bar. You will serve guests, ensure service quality, train staff, and manage product orders while upholding liquor regulations.

You will lead a team in a vibrant, centrally located hotel environment with opportunities for professional development within Strawberry's portfolio of over 250 hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to communicate well in Norwegian and/or English.
• Strong team leadership and motivation skills.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian Liquor Act.

What will you do?

As a Hub Bar Supervisor, you are the shift leader on duty and must ensure the daily operations of the Hub Bar. You will create unforgettable experiences for the bar's guests together with your team and help put Hub Bar on the Oslo map. Your main tasks include:

Serving food and drinks to the guests

Quality assurance of service and product

Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus

Training and development of personnel

Cash settlement

Product orders

Comply with the Norwegian Liquor Act

The position involves shift work on weekdays and at weekends.
