Job summary

At Bayer, HR is at the heart of our business. We’re looking for an HR Foundations Generalist to support employees and leaders in Norway and Denmark within the North Europe Cluster HR team.

You’ll partner across the employee lifecycle, helping to deliver exceptional experiences while evolving HR services in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll combine operational HR expertise with project work, process improvements, and digital innovations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Exposure to payroll and time administration is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of social legislation in Norway and/or Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR topics across Norway and Denmark.
• Support key HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Contribute to payroll and time management activities; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR platforms (MyHR/AskHR, intranet, SharePoint) and keep data up to date.
• Partner with HR colleagues to deliver an excellent employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and digitalise HR processes.
• Bring ideas to innovate and improve HR services.
