Job summary

JobsTrackR, a leading law firm with an international reach and a fantastic culture, is seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This full generalist role involves working with senior stakeholders across the business and handling engaging project work.

Responsibilities include performance management and coaching line managers, managing employee relations, supporting resourcing and development, probation reviews, onboarding and exit interviews, advising on salary review

Qualifications

• Minimum HR advisory experience in the private sector.
• Experience coaching line managers and improving performance.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent required.

Job Requirements
