JobsTrackR is seeking an HR Manager for a part-time or full-time permanent role with a boutique professional services firm. The role offers broad generalist exposure, supporting the needs of the business across ER, talent management, L&D, and recruitment.

The ideal candidate has experience in senior advisory roles within a professional services environment and with C-level stakeholders. You will partner with Partners and lead salary and benefits reviews while shaping talent strategy.

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a senior advisory role in a professional services environment and strong experience of working with senior stakeholders. Experience of managing C-level stakeholders would be an asset.
