Job summary

Manning Global seeks a Senior Business Development Manager- BESS in Norway to drive market expansion and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. You will build relationships with key decision makers in the data center ecosystem and own revenue targets.

The role requires a strong hunter mentality, extensive experience in data center/colocation, and a solid Norwegian network. This onsite position offers international travel across Europe and a start ASAP.

Qualifications

Industry expertise in data center, colocation or hyperscaler sectors.
Strong network in Norway and established contacts with wholesale/retail buyers.
Proven track record of meeting multi‑million sales quotas and closing large contracts.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English; Norwegian proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Identify and capture new business opportunities in Norway and own the full sales cycle.
Acquire new clients including global and regional Colocation Service Providers.
Develop C‑suite relationships with key decision makers in the data center ecosystem.
Own specific sales KPIs and drive quarter‑over‑quarter revenue growth.
Collaborate with teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in European power and land landscape.
