Qashier Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Operations Excellence to own the end-to-end merchant journey from signup to daily payments. You will design the operating model, lead the Manila team of four, and build the partner network to support thousands of activations monthly.

You will manage terminal supply chain across hubs in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao, ensure onboarding quality, training, SLAs, and implement dashboards and automation to scale faster than headcount.

Formación

• 8+ years in operations, including 3+ years leading teams in a high-volume, field-heavy operation in the Philippines
• A physical rollout you ran at scale: serialized devices or assets, warehousing, 3PLs and reverse logistics
• An onboarding/activation funnel where document quality, compliance checks and turnaround time mattered
• Operations across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, not only Metro Manila
• Command of your numbers: volumes, lead times and SLA performance
• Experience managing large partners and vendors and holding them to SLAs

Responsabilidades

• Oversee terminal supply chain with central and regional hubs and ensure end-to-end custody from warehouse to merchant
• Own merchant onboarding operations and ensure complete, compliant applications for risk approval
• Lead activation and field enablement with training programs for partner sales and field teams
• Manage merchant support with defined SLAs and escalation paths
• Manage vendor and 3PL relationships, contracts and performance
• Develop dashboards, capacity planning and process automation to scale faster than headcount
• Lead and develop the Manila operations team and hire ahead of volume
