Stendr, a Norwegian defence tech company based in Oslo, is hiring a supply chain manager to scale our hardware production. You will own the BOM, manage purchasing, inventory and shipping, ensuring parts arrive on time with proper paperwork for test sites and field deployments.

You will collaborate with hardware, RF, and mechanical leads, build robust supplier relationships, and implement an ERP-driven process to replace spreadsheets. On-site role with competitive compensation and equity.

Formación

• 3+ years in purchasing or supply chain for electronics hardware.
• Managed BOM and inventory with accuracy.
• Handled shipping, customs, export paperwork.
• Eligible for Norwegian security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the bill of materials per node and hub variant.
• Manage purchasing: quotes, orders, logs, and supplier terms.
• Oversee inventory and asset register with serial numbers and locations.
• Coordinate shipping, packaging, customs and dangerous-goods paperwork.
• Support build readiness and lead times for pilot and spring builds.
