Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCP M) to coordinate readiness, manage costs, and drive delivery schedules for video endpoint hardware.

You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions from NPI to sustaining production, influencing overall supply chain performance and cost structure. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, program and risk management, and clear communication in English to align with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or with contract manufacturers.
• Experience in BOM cost integrity, risk analysis, and communication to ops teams.
• Experience in project, process, change, or risk management in hardware/software lifecycles.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain readiness and manage BOM cost integrity.
• Drive risk mitigation planning prior to product launch and ramp.
• Engage with suppliers and BU to ensure performance and align sourcing.
• Ensure continuity of material supply for prototype builds and early production.
• Manage product transitions from NPI to sustaining production.
• Articulate main cost drivers and cost reduction opportunities.
