Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or an adjacent builder role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Development, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience turning customer, market, and business needs into product requirements, priorities, and launch plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, sales, or operations.
• Familiarity with hardware products, connected devices, collaboration technology, or products where hardware and software work together.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain decisions and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own product capabilities from discovery through launch, connecting customer needs, market trends, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Build a deep understanding of users, partners, and customers through research, product data, feedback, and close collaboration with go-to-market teams.
• Define clear requirements, success metrics, and trade-offs that help engineering and design teams build the right thing.
• Contribute to a 5 years roadmap for one or more product areas, balancing long-term opportunities with practical delivery.
• Drive launches with marketing, sales, support, and regional teams, making sure the story, timing, and readiness are strong.
