Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Norway to organize and drive delivery of a smart productivity hardware product.

You will coordinate across product, engineering, design, and operations, translating ideas into clear plans and actionable tasks. You will own multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and blockers, and maintain documentation as the product moves from planning to release.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager in a tech product environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with sprint planning and delivery.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for international collaboration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Notion or Confluence.
• Understanding hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize sprint work with planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and tracking.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Manage deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and ensure decisions are translated into execution.
• Assess impact of scope changes on timelines and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and mitigations.
