Cisco's Webex Devices development center in Lysaker, Norway, is home to a diverse team of UX, business, industrial design, sales, software and hardware engineers focused on video conferencing and collaboration.

As Product Manager in Cisco Collaboration Devices, you will own product capabilities from discovery through launch, align customer needs with market trends and drive cross‑functional execution with design, engineering, marketing, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or an adjacent builder role, with a track record of shipping products, features, or customer-facing improvements from discovery through launch.
• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Development, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience turning customer, market, and business needs into product requirements, priorities, and launch plans.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, sales, or operations.
• Familiarity with hardware products, connected devices, collaboration technology, or products where hardware and software work together.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain decisions and trade‑offs clearly.

Your Impact

As a Product Manager in Cisco Collaboration Devices, your mission is to help build intuitive, intelligent devices that make distance disappear, so people can connect, create, and do their best work from any space. You will turn customer insight, technical possibility, and business strategy into clear product direction, then work with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to bring that direction to market.
