Job summary

Mona Solbraa-Bay is seeking a Training Coordinator to join a global organization in the medical devices sector, covering a one-year parental leave. Based in Høvik, you will bridge assessors, external training providers, and local market units, while handling admin tasks.

You will ensure courses run as planned, manage the Training Matrix, log certificates, and prepare reports with Power BI. English is the working language in this cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Experience with training coordination or equivalent certification administration.
• Ability to handle multiple administrative processes accurately.
• Attention to detail and structured approach.
• Experience working in international teams preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a developing role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring courses are carried out as planned, including logging and follow-up.
• Providing support and arranging meetings.
• Uploading online training courses and updating related materials.
• Maintaining an up-to-date catalogue of available courses within the medical devices business.
• Coordinating timely scheduling and completion of course amendments.
• Maintaining the Training Matrix alongside the Competence Matrix.
• Ensuring all training certificates are properly issued.
• Registration of projects and certificates.
• Preparing reports and data analysis using Power BI.
• Handling registrations in the MDSAP database.
• Managing legalization of certificates.
• Supporting certification management, including cancellations and handling of invalid/false certificates.
